As we commemorate 40 years of service at Valley National Financial Advisors, we’re celebrating the exceptional people behind our success. This week, we recognize Brenda Hashagen, Lauren Kelly, and Avani Dattani, MPAcc, three outstanding professionals who have each been part of the VNFA family for three and four years.  

Brenda Hashagen, Administrative Assistant for four years, brings efficiency, dependability, and a team-focused spirit to every task she undertakes. Her behind-the-scenes support helps ensure our daily operations flow smoothly and effectively. 

As Front Desk Coordinator for three years, Lauren Kelly is VNFA’s welcoming face. With professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail, she makes a lasting first impression on clients and plays a key role in maintaining our front office excellence. 

Avani Dattani, MPAcc, has been part of our tax team for three years. As a Tax Accountant, she brings a solid foundation in tax principles and supports the accurate, timely delivery of client service. We appreciate her commitment to quality and professionalism.
