Ashley Santiago serves as Vice President of Human Resources & Organizational Development at Valley National Financial Advisors and is a member of the firm’s Senior Leadership Team. In this role, she leads the organization’s people strategy and organizational development initiatives, partnering closely with executive leadership to align talent strategies with the firm’s business objectives.
With more than 15 years of progressive human resources experience, Ashley brings a strategic and consultative approach to talent management, organizational effectiveness, and culture development. She works directly with the CEO and leadership team to guide initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent while strengthening employee engagement and supporting the firm’s continued growth.
Ashley has played a key role in building and transforming the firm’s human resources function into a strategic business partner, leading initiatives related to leadership development, performance management, change management, and workforce planning. She is also passionate about fostering a culture of community involvement and actively supports initiatives that encourage employees to volunteer and give back within the communities the firm serves.
Ashley holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Moravian University and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology from Cedar Crest College. She is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and a graduate of Leadership Lehigh Valley, Class of 2020.
Active in the local community, Ashley serves on the Board of the Volunteer Center of the Lehigh Valley, where she is Chair of the Personnel Committee. She has been recognized as a Lehigh Valley Business Forty Under Forty honoree (2022) and a Women of Influence recipient (2025).
