Austin Jones joined VNFA in 2024 as our Financial Technology Operations Associate, bringing with him a comprehensive background in logistics and data management. He values his team’s collaborative spirit and the opportunity to continually grow and learn. Over the last few years, he has improved VNFA’s overall data accuracy and the efficiency of the technological operations.
Earning a B.S. in Business Administration and a minor in Economics, Austin graduated from Kutztown University with honors, taking away that adaptability is key to thriving in a constantly changing world. Before transitioning to financial technology, he began his career in logistics, serving as a transportation manager for JB Hunt. He was quickly promoted to manage Amazon, the largest Northeast account at the company. Austin worked for Dun and Bradstreet as a data analyst, where he was integral in improving Intel’s data quality.
He envisions VNFA’s future as one of consistent growth, where improvement and technological advancement remain at the forefront. Austin aims to further advance operational processes and implement cutting-edge technologies, committed to embracing innovation.
