As we commemorate 40 years of service at Valley National Financial Advisors, we’re celebrating the exceptional people behind our success. This week, we recognize Ashley Santiago, Stefany Allen, and Sue Wallace, three outstanding professionals who have each been part of the VNFA family for 7 years. 

As Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development, Ashley brings leadership, empathy, and strategic insight to every facet of our workplace culture. She has been instrumental in shaping VNFA’s internal growth and team development, ensuring our values are reflected in everything we do. 

Stefany Allen, Executive Assistant, supports our leadership team with precision, professionalism, and unwavering reliability. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence help keep our operations running smoothly daily. 

Sue Wallace, Office Assistant, brings warmth and organization to our daily workflow. From managing client communications to supporting internal needs, her friendly presence and can-do attitude positively impact the entire office.
