This week, we recognize Austin Jones and Lilian Rosario, two outstanding professionals who help shape the client experience at VNFA. Austin and Lilian have been part of the VNFA family for 1 year. 

Austin Jones, Financial Technology Operations Associate, plays a key role in ensuring our financial technology systems run smoothly and efficiently, supporting both our team and our clients. Known for his problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and dedication to innovation, Austin helps us deliver a seamless experience every day. We’re grateful for his expertise and positive impact on our operations! 

Lilian Rosario serves in the dual roles of Front Office Coordinator and Back Office Associate. Lilian is often the first friendly face to greet visitors and the steady hand helping behind the scenes. Her professionalism, warmth, and adaptability make her an invaluable part of our team, ensuring both our client experience and internal operations run seamlessly.
