Join us in welcoming Austin Jones to the newly created Financial Technology Operations Associate position. Austin brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our organization, having cultivated a strong background in business management and economics.

Austin graduated from Kutztown University with a degree in Business Management and Economics. He began his professional journey as an Implementation Analyst at Equinox Benefits Consulting, where he played a pivotal role in onboarding clients onto HR software, setting up data feeds to insurance carriers, and providing exceptional tech support.

Most recently, Austin worked at Dun & Bradstreet as a Data Analyst. In this role, he assisted with master data management and data stewardship for high-profile clients like IBM and Microsoft. “We are excited to have Austin join our team here at VNFA! With extensive experience and a solid background in technology from working at top industry companies, Austin’s insights and knowledge will be invaluable as we continue to enhance our digital offerings and streamline operations,” said Jackie Gerstung, Client Service Manager.

Outside of his professional achievements, Austin is an avid outdoor enthusiast. He enjoys spending time with his golden retriever, Daisy, and is passionate about activities like BBQs, hiking, football, and soccer. Austin also enjoys cooking.

Born in Bethlehem and raised throughout the Lehigh Valley, Austin’s roots are deeply embedded in our community. We are excited to see the positive impact he will make on our team and look forward to the innovative solutions he will bring to our financial technology operations.
