We are thrilled to announce that Lilian Rosario has joined #TeamVNFA as our new Front Office Coordinator.  Lilian brings with her a wealth of experience and a solid educational background that will undoubtedly make her a valuable addition to our team.

Lilian holds an Associate of Applied Science degree from Lehigh Carbon Community College. Her professional journey includes key roles as an Export Dock Clerk at Kuehne + Nagel International and as a Customer Service Representative at Geodis. In these roles, she demonstrated exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service.

At VNFA, Lilian will be one of the welcoming faces of our organization, ensuring that our front operations run smoothly and that every client and visitor experiences the high standard of service that we are known for. “We are confident that Lilian’s expertise and positive attitude will contribute greatly to our success,” said Jackie Gerstung, Client Service Manager.

Born and raised in Manhattan, New York, Lilian made the Lehigh Valley her home 17 years ago. Beyond her role at VNFA, Lilian enjoys spending quality time with her beloved Bichon Frisé, JoJo, indulging in movie nights, and trying new restaurants. Please join us in welcoming her to VNFA!
